To start, we have a mounting solution to suit any roof inclination. Of course, some are more difficult than others – unusual angles, dormers, extensions, etc. But there is also a solution to suit any situation.

The modular set-up of our individual mounting components makes it possible for us to turn practically any building into a solar power plant.

You, as a customer, only have to decide whether you prefer mounting parallel to the roof or an elevated mounting solution. We talk to you about the advantages and disadvantages in detail before you make any decisions.

Mounting Parallel to the Roof

Schletter Standard

Description:
  • One-layer mounting rack
  • 2 cross beams per module row
  • Module clamps for framed modules also available with potential equalization

Gridnorm

Description:

  • Cross rail system for unfavourable fastening points
  • Wide spans are possible
  • In many cases, a reduction of the number of fastening points is possible

  • Can be assembled using inexpensive standard rails

LAQ07

Description:

  • Horizontal mounting of the modules on shared bearing rails
  • Only possible if the cross beams can be placed at any desired spot

Benefits to you:

  • Only a few rails are needed
  • Optimum support of the modules
  • Cost optimization by linear support

Option - Rapid2+system

Description:

  • 2 horizontal cross beam profiles per module row
  • Vertical module mounting
  • Fastening to the substructure using roof hooks
  • Special fastening elements are possible
  • Middle, end and earthing clamps

  • Considerably reduced mounting time
  • Only 4 components (only little storage space required)
  • Convenient mounting

 

 

Elevated Mounting

System FixZ-7

Description:

  • Slight elevation on trapezoidal sheet metal for framed modules (elevation angle of 5 - 7°)
  • Designed for vertically mounted framed modules with heights from 1.3 m to 1.7 m.
  • Mainly fastened using trapezoidal sheet metal clamps

  • Fast and easy to mount

  • Better self-cleaning
  • Optimum load transfer by means of the roof cladding

CompactDirect

Description:

  • Direct fastening of triangle spports to the roof construction, for example on roofs with east-west  inclinatuion, elevation toward the south
  • Fastening using hanger bolts or special fastenings

  • Stable aluminium construction
  • Inexpensive module elevation

COMPACTVARIO

Description:

  • Multi-row elevation with interconnected module rows
  • Especially for purlin roofs aligned to the south
  • Fastening using special fastenings (for example FixT)

COMPACTGRID

Description:

  • Horizontal mounting beams underneath the module row
  • Applicable on purlin roofs with east-west alignment with fixation to the substructure or with south  alignment with fastening using Fix2000 trapezoidal sheet metal clamps
